Basic First Aid

For Cyclist and Pedestrian

Proudly presenting the first ever Basic First Aid, specially designed for those who cycle, scoot as well as pedestrians. This program is designed to educate and equip participants with the right knowledge and basic skills to respond in the event of an accident.

Age Category: 10 – 18 years old
Duration: 1.5 hours per session
Group Size: Up to 20 students to 1 trainer
School Classroom Equipment: All slides and equipment to present this program will be provided
Equipment: All biking equipment and helmets are provided
Entitlement: Certificate of Attendance Triangular Arm Sling

  • Basic understanding of First Aid
  • Items in a First Aid Kit
  • Helping an injured victim
  • Types of Injuries
  • Types of Wounds
  • Hands-On practical sessions on dressing a wound
